Welcome to Balto. By accessing baltoeg.com or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our store

Balto sells premium Egyptian medical wear. All content on this site, including our logo, product photos, and text, belongs to Balto and may not be used without our written permission.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change at any time without notice. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to earlier orders. Payment is collected through the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns, and exchanges

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are available in the site footer.

5. Product information

We do our best to display our products accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizing information is provided in our size chart on each product page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Balto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent Egyptian courts.
