Return & Refund Policy

To ensure the highest standards of quality and medical hygiene, all purchases are final sale regarding returns. We do not accept returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect, guaranteeing that your lab coat is 100% brand new and has never been worn by anyone else.

Try it on upon delivery

We highly encourage trying on your coat upon delivery to ensure the perfect fit.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size, a size exchange is available within 5 days from the time of ordering. After 5 days, exchanges are no longer accepted. The delivery fee for size exchanges is on you.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives with any problem or manufacturing defect, the delivery fee is on us and we will replace the item or refund you in full.

How to request an exchange or return

DM us on Instagram or TikTok with your order number and a short description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include photos so we can resolve it faster.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items with a manufacturing defect. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect.

Items sent back for a size exchange must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached, as our products are medical wear.
