Return & Refund Policy
You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
Delivery fees for returns and exchanges
- If the exchange is for size or fit, the delivery fee is on you.
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, the delivery fee is on us and we will replace the item or refund you in full.
How to start a return
Email us at baltoo.eg@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include photos so we can resolve it faster.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect.
Items returned without tags, or showing signs of use or washing, cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons, as our products are medical wear.
