About
BALTO started with a simple frustration: the coats Egyptian medical students and doctors were handed didn't fit, didn't last, and didn't feel like anything you'd be proud to put on.
So we made our own. Designed by Egyptian doctors who actually wear them on shift, cut from Gabardine — one of the finest lab-coat fabrics in the world — and sourced and sewn entirely in Egypt.
Made properly
Every coat follows international medical protocols. Reinforced stitching at every stress point. Practical pocket placement. A collar that still holds its shape after the hundredth wash. A silhouette tailored to move with you through a twelve-hour shift, not hang off you.
Three lengths
Short for movement, tall for full coverage, and tall with a fitted back belt for the sharpest line we make. Every length in the same Egyptian Gabardine, with the same reinforced build.
Why it matters
Your coat is the first thing a patient sees. It should say you know what you're doing.
