What is the return policy?
To ensure the highest standards of quality and medical hygiene, we strictly do not accept returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect, guaranteeing that your lab coat is 100% brand new and has never been worn by anyone else. We highly encourage trying on your coat upon delivery to ensure the perfect fit. If you need a size exchange, it is available within 5 days from the time of ordering, after which exchanges are no longer accepted. If your coat arrives with any problem or defect, please DM us on Instagram or TikTok DMs for exchanges or returns.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, to maintain our strict medical hygiene standards, all purchases are considered final sale regarding returns, meaning we do not accept returns unless there is a clear problem or manufacturing defect with the coat. However, this does not apply to size exchanges, as you are welcome to exchange your item for a different size within 5 days of placing your order, and you can also try it on upon delivery. If you need a size exchange or if there is an issue with your order, just DM us on Instagram or TikTok DMs and we will assist you immediately.
When will I get my order?
Orders to Cairo and Giza arrive within 1 to 3 business days. All other governorates take 2 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, we will keep you updated until it reaches your door.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our lab coats are proudly made in Egypt from 100% Egyptian materials, in premium Gabardine fabric, and designed by Egyptian doctors who know exactly what a long shift demands.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Cash on Delivery is available, so you can pay when your order arrives.
