Shipping Policy

We ship across all of Egypt.

• Shipping fee: 120 EGP flat rate on all orders.
• Cairo & Giza: delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
• All other governorates: delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1 business day of confirmation. Once your order ships, we will contact you with delivery details.

Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout, as our courier will call you before delivery. If a delivery attempt fails because we could not reach you, we will try again or contact you to reschedule.
